Dưới đây là thông số kĩ thuật của chủng loại sản phẩm thường dùng. Các sản phẩm với quy cách khác có thể cung cấp theo yêu cầu đặt hàng.

BOTH SIDE CLAD ALUMINUM TAPE
Note: This is specification of tape with typical total thickness of 0.25mm. Other thickness can be supplied as per requirement.
1- Structure:
Plastic should be coated on two side of aluminum tape.
- Thickness of aluminum tape: 0.15 /- 0.025mm
- Thickness of plastic coated: 0.05 0.01mm
-0.005mm Total thickness of tape: 0.25 /-0.015mm
Tape shall be smooth on surface, and free from any defects such as breakage, hole and crack. The aluminum tape and plastic layer should be free of any connection on the whole coil.
The Aluminum alloy is AA-1145 or AA-1100 temper 0.

3- Package:
Plastic clad aluminum tape shall wound on the steel or aluminum core. The tape shall be packed in a box marked with product name, case no., net weight, width of tape, name of manufacturer and month/year of production.
4- Other information:
We can supply tape range as follows:
- Width: up to 500mm or slit to coil.
- Length: 2050~4100m
- The internal diameter of coil: 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm or advised by customers.
- Plastic color: light green or neutral
Those parameters should be specified on the order.
TECHNICAL DATA FOR POLYESTER TAPE
This BOPET film (Biaxial Oriented Polyester film) is widely used for cable and electric appliance due to insulation function.
