ADDITIVES FOR REFINERING ALUMINUM, COPPER AND OTHER METAL

Aluminum Refining and Drossing Additive

Phụ gia làm sạch và khử xỉ Nhôm hợp kim- khử tạp chất và hydrô, tách kiệt nhôm khỏi xỉ.

The refining Additive is used for purification (refining) of melt of aluminum alloys. The primary function of Additive of the type is to remove inclusions and hydrogen in the melt. The drossing Additive are applied to separate inclusions and slag from melt, and extract aluminum trapped in the dross.

Aluminum Modifying Additive and Grain Refining Additive

Phụ gia tối ưu hóa vi cấu trúc hợp kim nhôm silic; tăng độ mịn nhôm và nhôm hợp kim- cải thiện cơ lý tính của nhôm (độ bền, độ dẻo), tăng tính dễ gia công, tăng chất lượng bên trong và bề mặt sản phẩm đúc.

Modifying Additive is used for optimizing and refining silicon phase in microstructure of Al-Si alloys. Grain refining Additive is used for grain refining of pure aluminum and aluminum alloys. Both modifying and refining bring about remarkable improvement of mechanical properties (strength and plasticity), the subsequent machinability and interior and exterior quality of the castings.

Alloying additives

Phụ gia hợp kim - Nguyên tố cho thêm để tạo hợp kim.

Used for elements-adding into alloys. Can be added in molten bath directly at suitable temperature, smelting easily (less than 10 minutes for Fusible Silicon and less than 5 minutes for the rest normally). Simple and convenient to use. The elements recovery rates are usually higher than 95%. Ti75 and Zr20 can be used for grain-refining too. Such as:
